~ Full payment of Entrance Fee, Pitching Fee and Parking Fee is required to reserve a slot. Other applicable rental fees may be paid in advance to reserve the slot (Room accommodation, Concrete Cottage or Tiny House, Floating Cottage, or Nipa Hut)

~ We will limit the crowd. Only those who pay ahead will be confirmed for a slot. (Strictly No WALK IN will be entertained/accepted to ensure availability of amenities to those who have already reserved a slot). Book early and pay early to confirm your slot.

~ Non – Refundable but can be rebooked depending on the availability of the slot.

IMPORTANT

~ We are strictly implementing QUIET time @10 pm. You have the rest of the day to enjoy and make acceptable noise. I am humbly asking for your help to cascade this to your entire team to avoid misunderstanding. Our campground crew will be reminding the campers a few hours before the set time and will call out anyone/group who will not follow. The management reserves the right to confiscate any sound equipment if needed.

~ ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES – Though some campers use it as a social tool, we should limit its intake to the minimum inside the campground. Please do remember that our resort welcomes children and exposing them to people who get too drunk may have a potential effect on them too. Our camp tolerates drinking of alcoholic beverages but we do expect everyone to drink responsibly. Although we join everyone’s wish to celebrate and enjoy the place, quiet time must still be observed.

~ Should there be a need, we will ask the assistance of the brgy peace officers or the police to escort out the individual or group that will violate the quiet time rule, the other campers’ privacy and the camp’s peaceful setting.

~ PET POLICY – We do ask pet owners to respect our leash policy and clean up after their fur babies. Pets cannot be left unattended at all time.

~ SWIMMING – No lifevest, so swimming policy. If you insist to not wear the lifevest, please swim at your own risk.
